In your Documents folder, find the "The Lord of the Rings Online" directory. In that directory, open the "Userpreferences.ini" file in notepad (or any text editor). Locate "AllowFakeFullscreen" and make sure it is set to "True". Locate "ForceFakeFullscreen" and change it to "True" (it is set to "False" by default).
